Since the passing of founder Stuart Bates in February 2023, MilitarySunHelmets.com has not been updated. It would be a shame to let this site die, but I no longer have the time or resources to run it.

I’d like to offer this website to any serious collector of sun/pith helmets or tropical headgear. The transfer will include all of the posts, but copyright will be retained by the original author(s).
